How to enter听

You can enter the 海角乱伦 Agent Survey Competition, May 2025 (hereafter called the Promotion) by completing and submitting the 海角乱伦 Agent Survey at the following link, , during the entry period (an "Entry"). There will be one prize of an AUD$250 Gift Card or Bank Transfer.听

1. Promoter 听
   1. The promoter is Perth Education City Inc. (ABN 76 842 611 690) (鈥満＝锹衣租��), 555 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000. Telephone number: +61 (8) 6244 1640.
2. Eligibility and How to Enter听
   1. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:听
      1. Be an Education Agent.听
      2. Submit one (1) valid entry, which is achieved by completing the Agent Survey in full and submitting it.听听
      3. Contact information must be included in the survey submission, including First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email Address.听
      4. Only one entry per person. 听
      5. Accept and comply with all these conditions. 听
   2. Employees and immediate family members of 海角乱伦 and Members of 海角乱伦 are not eligible to enter the Promotion.听
3. Entry Period
   1. The promotion will run from 11am Wednesday 7th May 2025 until 11am Monday 26th May 2025. All times are GMT+8 Australian Western Standard Time. (鈥淓ntry Period鈥�).听
   2. 海角乱伦 reserves the right to extend the entry period if the number of survey results obtained by the end date are deemed insufficient.
4. Entry Fee
   1. There is no entry fee to participate in this Promotion.
5. Prize
   1. There is one (1) prize: a gift card or bank transfer to the value of AUD$250.
   2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. 海角乱伦鈥檚 decision regarding the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.听
6. Winner Selection
   1. This Promotion is a game of chance. The survey respondents will be entered into a random selector and one (1) winner will be selected after 11am Monday 26th May 2025 (AWST time).
   2. The Winner will be notified via the email address nominated by the respondent in the survey. If 海角乱伦 is unable to get in contact with the Winner before Friday 13th June 2025, the Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the Prize.
   3. You acknowledge and agree that the decision by 海角乱伦 to accept, reject or disqualify an Entry is at 海角乱伦鈥檚 sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.听
7. To redeem the Prize
   1. To redeem the prize, the Winner must respond to 海角乱伦's notification email before Friday 27th June 2025.听
   2. If the Winner is based in Australia, they will receive a AUD$250 Virtual Gift Card, which will be sent to the Winner's email address.听
   3. If the Winner is based outside of Australia, and it is not possible to send a Virtual Gift Card, then 海角乱伦 will send the AUD$250 prize via bank transfer. In order to send the prize money, the Winner will need to provide the following details:听
      1. Full name of the account holder
      2. Bank name
      3. Bank account number
      4. Country
      5. City
      6. Address
      7. Postcode
      8. IBAN
      9. Swift number
         If the above details are not provided, then 海角乱伦 will not be able to go ahead with the bank transfer and the Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize.听
   4. If 海角乱伦 is unable to get in contact with the Winner before Friday 13th June 2025, the Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the Prize.听
8. Privacy
   1. StudyPerth collects personal information about you to conduct the promotion and, where appropriate, to award a prize. 海角乱伦 will collect, use, and disclose your personal Information in accordance with its privacy policy. If you do not provide the personal Information requested, 海角乱伦 will be unable to accept your entry (and 海角乱伦 will refuse or reject the Entry) and you will be unable to participate in the promotion. You can gain access to, update or correct your personal Information held by 海角乱伦 by contacting 海角乱伦 at marketing@studyperth.com.au.鈥�听
   2. All Personal Information will be stored electronically in systems utilised by 海角乱伦. A copy of 海角乱伦鈥檚 Privacy Policy may be obtained at: /privacy-policy/ or by contacting 海角乱伦 on marketing@studyperth.com.au.鈥�听
9. Disqualification
   1. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.听听
   2. 海角乱伦 reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of Entries and your eligibility (including your identity, age, place of residence, student visa status, institution enrolment) and 海角乱伦 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify you if 海角乱伦 has reason to believe you have breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 海角乱伦's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.鈥�听听
10. Liability
    1. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, 海角乱伦 and its related entities (including its respective directors, officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any Loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:听
       1. Any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by 海角乱伦) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of 海角乱伦;听
       2. any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms;鈥�听
       3. any tax liability incurred by a beneficiary of a Prize (including you and any other Prize Recipient);鈥�听
       4. use/taking of the Prize; or鈥�听
       5. the Promotion.鈥�听
11. Changes and Termination
    1. 海角乱伦 reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition at any time.听
    2. Participants will be notified of any such changes.听
12. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.鈥�听
    2. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the states and territories of Australia (collectively, the 鈥淣on-Excludable Guarantees鈥�).鈥�听听
    3. Failure by 海角乱伦 to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.鈥�听听
    4. Condition 16 for trade promotion lotteries requires that: 鈥淚f practicable, members of the public must be given the opportunity to witness the prize draw. If that is not practicable, audit records confirming the prize draw must be made available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request.鈥濃��听
    5. Accordingly, unless it is impracticable (such as due to COVID-19 restrictions etc.) to do so, the selection must be open to attendance by members of the general public.
13. Definitions
    1. In these Terms:
       1. 鈥淚ntellectual Property Rights鈥� means all present and future rights of whatever nature anywhere in the world including, but not limited to, rights in respect of or in connection with copyright, inventions (including patents), trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, designs, confidential information, trade secrets and know-how and similar industrial, commercial and intellectual property rights, whether or not registered or registrable, and includes the right to apply for the registration of such rights, and whether existing in Australia or otherwise.鈥�听听
       2. 鈥淟aws鈥� means all laws including rules of common law, principles of equity, statutes, regulations, proclamations, ordinances, by-laws, rules, regulatory principles and requirements, statutory rules of an industry body, statutory mandatory codes of conduct, writs, orders, injunctions, judgments, and generally accepted accounting principles in Australia.鈥�听听
       3. 鈥淟osses鈥� means loss, damage, liability, charge, expense or cost (including all reasonable legal and other professional costs on a full indemnity basis) of any nature or kind.鈥�听听
       4. 鈥淧ersonal Information鈥� means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.鈥�听听
       5. 鈥淲inner鈥� means, for a major Prize, you or the other individual whom you invite to join with you in enjoying the benefit of the major Prize.鈥�听听
